We are a 7 bedroom licensed guest house centrally located near the seafront in Blackpool. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and ensuring that every guest experience is delightfully memorable.
Ideally placed between the Central and South Pier, adjacent to the seafront, so you have easy access to the trams and all Blackpool attractions, including the famous Blackpool Tower and Ballroom, Winter Gardens, Opera House, Madame Tussauds, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Illuminations, and not forgetting, 7miles of sandy coastline.

We offer bed and breakfast and room-only rates for those that like a lie in! However, if you book a room only and then change your mind when you get here, breakfast is available at £14 per person per day.

BEST WEEKEND EVER
My husband and I had a brilliant weekend stay at the Arthington B+B in Blackpool. Beautiful well presented and spotless,Breakfast the best we have ever had great choice and came hot. Rooms where very modern and lots of special touches. Last but not least the hosts Steve and Elaine what lovely people couldn't do enough for you we was greeted with a pot of tea a d biscuits on arrival by Elaine While Steve took our luggage to our room.

Lovely and clean and had everything you could need. Amazing service, really friendly, full of helpful local knowledge and the best breakfast we’ve had ever staying at a hotel. Definite 10/10, would highly recommend. Xx

PERFECT
I'm not sure how many time we have now stayed at The Arthington but wouldn't stay anywhere else. Excellent hosts, Steve and Elaine always go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Absolutely loved sampling Elaine's new breakfast item of poached eggs with crushed avocado 🥑 on sourdough toast, as with everything else it was delicious.

Absolutely brilliant place’ fantastic hosts’ spotless clean ‘had a look at the newly refurbished room 4 beautiful already booked it. Elaine has added to the breakfast menu ‘ the wife had tomato’s and peppers with bacon and sourdough bread gorgeous she said ‘ full English for me gorgeous as well ‘ thanks for having us
